Our clients typically invest between $1,500 and $35,000 per month in IT, voice, AI and compliance.

For 20 years, Open Tier Systems has run IT for the businesses that build, engineer, and operate the Philadelphia region: general contractors and specialty trades, engineering firms, property and facilities operators, and the professional firms that keep them moving. We offer four service lines, Managed IT, Managed Voice, Managed AI and Managed Compliance, each in Essentials, Pro and Elite. Every plan stands on its own, and add-ons turn any tier into a "+" package without changing tiers. Nothing is hidden: licensing is billed separately, AI usage is metered, and every plan carries our Clean-Exit Guarantee.

Our Clean-Exit Guarantee: No Hostage Clauses

Switching IT providers shouldn't feel like a hostage negotiation. If you ever move on from Open Tier Systems, we hand over everything that's yours within 30 days of your final settled invoice: complete network and systems documentation, every administrative credential and password, device and software license inventories, backup access, and system configurations. We cooperate fully with your incoming IT provider until the handoff is done. All we ask is that your account is paid up. After 20 years in this business, we'd rather earn your renewal than write a contract that traps you.
